5 Layer Turkey Taco Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 28 oz can of pinto beans (two 15 oz cans of refried beans)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups guacamole
- 1.5 cups sour cream
- ¼ cup salsa
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Tortilla chips for serving
Toppings
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced

Step 1
Prepare the pinto beans by heating a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Add in the pinto beans, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Allow to cook for 8-10 minutes. (Skip this step if using 2 cans of prepared refried beans) -
Step 2
While the pinto beans are cooking, brown the ground turkey by heating a large skillet over medium high heat with the olive oil. Add in the turkey and cook for 8-10 minutes until there is no more pink. -
Step 3
When the turkey is browned, remove from heat and allow to cool for 2 minutes. -
Step 4
Using a potato masher or the back of your spoon, mash the refried beans. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool for 2 minutes. -
Step 5
In a small mixing bowl combine the salsa and sour cream. -
Step 6
In a 5x9 baking dish layer the refried beans, guacamole, sour cream mixture, ground turkey, and shredded cheese. -
Step 7
Garnish with the sliced black olives, diced tomato, cilantro, and green onions. -
Step 8
Serve right away with tortilla chips or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
