Baked Italian Turkey Meatball Sammies

- 1 package Fully Cooked Italian Style Turkey Meatballs
- 1 package slider buns
- 8 oz. sliced provolone cheese
- 1 cup arugula
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 2 thinly sliced heirloom tomatoes (or roma tomatoes)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Everything But The Bagel seasoning
Step 1Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the turkey meatballs for 1-2 minutes on each side until heated through.
Step 3In a small bowl mix together the honey and mustard.
Step 4Open the slider buns and place the bottom buns in a baking dish. Layer with provolone, a smear of honey mustard, a few arugula leaves, and thinly sliced tomatoes.
Step 5Top with 1-2 turkey meatballs in each and then place the top buns back on the sliders.
Step 6Brush the tops of the sliders with olive oil and sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning. Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the provolone is melty.
Step 7Remove from the oven and serve with any extra honey mustard that is leftover.
