Step 1Preheat outdoor grill or charcoal grill to 550°F and lightly oil the grates.
Step 2Place the turkey sausages on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 ½ minutes then flip.
Step 3Cook until they reach a minimum internal temperature of 165° F (approximately 5 to 7 ½ additional minutes). Use a meat thermometer to confirm internal temperature.
Step 4While turkey sausages are cooking, heat the buns in the oven or on the grill (optional). Also prepare the slaw.
Step 5To make the slaw, thinly slice the celery stalks. Place in a mixing bowl and add shredded green cabbage, diced red onions, diced red peppers. Gently toss. Then add slaw dressing, vinegar and salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix and set aside. Slaw can be made 1 day prior.
Step 6Once sausages are cooked, place buns on clean/sanitized work surface. Place the sausages in the bun, then top with the slaw.
Step 7Place on a platter and serve immediately.
