Leftover Turkey Cranberry Brie Crescent Ring
Leftover turkey has so many opportunities to be repurposed into delicious recipes! Using leftover slices of turkey to stuff this crescent roll pinwheel might just be your new favorite way to enjoy it. Layered with cranberry sauce, brie cheese, and then wrapped into a gorgeous pinwheel and topped with Italian seasoning, it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
- 4-6 oz. Leftover BBQ Cranberry Glazed Turkey (or any leftover sliced whole turkey or turkey breast)
- 1 package of crescent rolls
- 4 oz. brie cheese, sliced thinly
- ¼ cup chunky cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. -
Step 2
On a baking sheet lined with parchment, unroll the crescent triangles and arrange in a circle. Pointed ends should be facing out and you may need to slightly overlap the interior of the circle. -
Step 3
Layer the thin slices of turkey, then cranberry sauce, and finally the brie slices. -
Step 4
Begin folding the tips of the triangle over the stuffing and tuck under the base of the ring. -
Step 5
Brush the top with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning. -
Step 6
Bake for 12-15 minutes until nicely browned on top. Serve with extra herbs as garnish.
