Peach & Thyme Glazed Air Fried Boneless Turkey Breast
A simple yet elegant dinner option for your holiday season is this air fried boneless turkey breast. It’s covered in a sweet and savory peach thyme glaze with a touch of balsamic vinegar. The skin-on turkey breast gets perfectly crispy in the air fryer and the touch of sweetness from the glaze will create a unique, delicious, and healthy dinner option.

Ingredients
Boneless Turkey Breast
- 1 Skin-On Boneless Turkey Breast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Peach Thyme Glaze
- ½ cup peach preserves
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3-4 stems of fresh thyme leaves
- 2 shallots, finely minced

Step 1
Heat air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes. -
Step 2
Prepare the skin-on boneless turkey breast by patting it dry & season with salt and pepper. -
Step 3
Place the boneless turkey breast skin side down in the air fryer for 20 minutes. -
Step 4
In a small mixing bowl combine peach preserves, balsamic vinegar, salt, thyme leaves, and shallot. Stir well. -
Step 5
After 20 minutes in the air fryer, glaze the turkey breast and flip to the other side. Glaze again. Set the air fryer to cook for an additional 12 minutes. -
Step 6
Glaze the turkey breast again and flip once more. Cook for a final 12-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer. -
Step 7
Remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and place on a cutting board. Allow to rest for 5-7 minutes. -
Step 8
Slice and serve garnished with fresh thyme.
