Red Pepper Ground Turkey Over White Rice
White rice topped with ground turkey mixture and plated next to roasted sweet potato.

Ingredients
- 1 package Honeysuckle White® Ground Turkey (any lean point)
- 1 Red bell pepper
- Onion
- White Rice
- Sweet potato
- Tomato sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- All purpose seasoning

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Poke holes and put sweet potato into the oven at this time. Leave in the oven for one hour until soft when pierced with a fork. -
Step 2
While sweet potatoes are roasting, boil white rice over stove top for about 20 minutes. -
Step 3
On medium heat, sauté ground turkey with diced onion, red bell pepper, salt, pepper, and all purpose seasoning. Once cooked, about 10 minutes, add in one can of tomato sauce and stir. -
Step 4
Place on top of cooked rice and plate next to freshly roasted, soft sweet potato.
