Smoked Cajun Turkey Wings
Slow smoked and smothered turkey wings in tomato stock seasoned in Cajun spices and paired with dirty rice and beans.

Ingredients
- 1 (2 lbs.) package Fresh Turkey Wings
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1/3 cup diced yellow onion
- ¼ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup green bell pepper
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste

- 2 cups Dirty Rice
- 1 cup red beans

Step 1
Preheat outdoor smoker to 350F. -
Step 2
Season wings with cajun seasoning and place in a 9x14” baking pan and start cooking for 2 hours. -
Step 3
While cooking the turkey cook the onion, celery, and peppers in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in tomatoes, broth, and tomato paste. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and pour over the wings halfway through the cooking time. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165F. -
Step 4
Serve these wings to your family with your favorite dirty rice and red beans recipes.
