Southern-Style Turkey Wings
Oven baked turkey wings seasoned with creole seasoning and braised in stock with onion, celery, and green bell pepper. Serve in the center of plate with sides of gravy, collard greens, mac n cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 (2 lbs.) package Fresh Turkey Wings
- 2 tablespoons creole seasoning
- 1/3 cup diced yellow onion
- ¼ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup green bell pepper
- 2 cups vegetable broth
Serving Sides
- 1 cup turkey gravy
- 1 cup collard greens
- 2 cups macaroni and cheese

Step 1
Preheat conventional oven at 350F. -
Step 2
Season wings with creole seasoning and place in a 9x14” baking pan and start cooking in the oven for 2 hours. -
Step 3
While cooking the turkey cook the onion, celery, and peppers in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in broth and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and pour over the wings halfway through the cooking time. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165F. -
Step 4
Serve these wings to your family with your favorite turkey gravy, collard greens and macaroni and cheese recipes.
