Turkey Alfredo and Gnocchi
Italian ground turkey simmered in Alfredo sauce with tender potato gnocchi and broiled with butter breadcrumbs and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 16 oz Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Heat an oven ready skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with vegetable oil and cook the ground turkey for 5-7 minutes. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and continue heating for 2-3 minutes. -
Step 2
Cook the gnocchi according to the package directions. Pour the gnocchi in with the turkey Alfredo. -
Step 3
Combine the breadcrumbs and butter in a mixing bowl. Top the turkey Alfredo and sprinkle with cheese. Broil for 30 seconds or 1 minute, just until golden brown.
