Turkey Meatball Pizza

Ingredients
Pizza
- 1 (12 oz.) package Fully Cooked Italian Style Turkey Meatballs
- 1 lb. pizza crust (homemade or store bought; homemade recipe follows)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 lb. low-moisture mozzarella
- 12 oz. brussels sprouts
- 10 oz. butternut squash
Pizza Crust
- 310 g all-purpose flour
- 5 g sea salt
- 1 cup warm water (about 105°F)
- 2 g active dry yeast
- 4 g olive oil

Step 1
To Make Pizza Crust: In a large bowl, whisk together flour and sea salt; set aside. In a measuring cup, sprinkle yeast into warm water and stir to combine. Add the olive oil and whisk to combine. -

Pour the liquids over the flour mixture. Knead with your hands until well combined, about 3 minutes. Cover with a kitchen bowl and set aside to rest for 15 minutes. -

To Make Pizza: Place a pizza stone on the middle rack of the oven. Turn oven onto the highest setting. Let it heat for at least an hour. -

Turn out one ball of dough onto a floured work surface. Using a rolling pin, or your hands, stretch the dough to a 10-inch round. -

Spread sauce over stretched dough, leaving about 1/2-inch border from the edge. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, layer with Honeysuckle White Fully Cooked Italian Style Turkey Meatballs, brussels sprouts and butternut squash. -
Step 7
Using a pizza peel, pick up the pizza and slide it onto the heated stone. Bake until crust is golden brown and cheese is beginning to bubble about 6-8 minutes. Makes one 10-inch pizza.
