Turkey Meatball Pizza

- 1 (12 oz.) package Fully Cooked Italian Style Turkey Meatballs
- 1 lb. pizza crust (homemade or store bought; homemade recipe follows)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 lb. low-moisture mozzarella
- 12 oz. brussels sprouts
- 10 oz. butternut squash
- 310 g all-purpose flour
- 5 g sea salt
- 1 cup warm water (about 105°F)
- 2 g active dry yeast
- 4 g olive oil
Step 1To Make Pizza Crust: In a large bowl, whisk together flour and sea salt; set aside. In a measuring cup, sprinkle yeast into warm water and stir to combine. Add the olive oil and whisk to combine.
Step 2Pour the liquids over the flour mixture. Knead with your hands until well combined, about 3 minutes. Cover with a kitchen bowl and set aside to rest for 15 minutes.

Step 4To Make Pizza: Place a pizza stone on the middle rack of the oven. Turn oven onto the highest setting. Let it heat for at least an hour.
Step 5Turn out one ball of dough onto a floured work surface. Using a rolling pin, or your hands, stretch the dough to a 10-inch round.
Step 6Spread sauce over stretched dough, leaving about 1/2-inch border from the edge. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, layer with Shady Brook Farms Fully Cooked Italian Style Turkey Meatballs, brussels sprouts and butternut squash.
Step 7Using a pizza peel, pick up the pizza and slide it onto the heated stone. Bake until crust is golden brown and cheese is beginning to bubble about 6-8 minutes. Makes one 10-inch pizza.
