Cheesy Turkey Biscuit Bombs

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup turkey gravy
- 1 package store bought biscuits
- ½ stick melted butter
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Step 1
Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F, indirect heat. Start by combining the shredded turkey with the cheese and gravy. -
Step 2
Open the biscuits and roll out to ½” thickness. -
Step 3
Place a scoop of the filling in the center of the biscuit dough and bring up the edges. -
Step 4
Crimp everything together, making sure it’s well sealed. -
Step 5
Place the biscuit balls in a cast iron skillet and brush with the melted butter and Italian seasoning. -
Step 6
Place the cast iron skillet inside the grill or oven. -
Step 7
Cook until the biscuits are nicely browned, approximately 20-25 minutes. -
Step 8
Remove from the grill, allow them to rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
