Cheesy Turkey Biscuit Bombs
Have plenty of Thanksgiving leftovers? Look no further than this easy recipe for these delicious, cheesy, turkey biscuit bombs.

- 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup turkey gravy
- 1 package store bought biscuits
- ½ stick melted butter
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Step 1Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F, indirect heat. Start by combining the shredded turkey with the cheese and gravy.
Step 2Open the biscuits and roll out to ½” thickness.
Step 3Place a scoop of the filling in the center of the biscuit dough and bring up the edges.
Step 4Crimp everything together, making sure it’s well sealed.
Step 5Place the biscuit balls in a cast iron skillet and brush with the melted butter and Italian seasoning.
Step 6Place the cast iron skillet inside the grill or oven.
Step 7Cook until the biscuits are nicely browned, approximately 20-25 minutes.
Step 8Remove from the grill, allow them to rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
