Chipotle Turkey Grilled Breakfast Sandwich
Delicious chipotle turkey grilled breakfast sandwich made with a perfectly toasted brioche bun, a spicy chipotle aioli, a layer of arugula, a hearty and protein packed Honeysuckle White turkey patty covered with cheese, a fried egg and slices of avocado. Breakfast just got a lot more fun!

Ingredients
- 1 package Unseasoned Turkey Patties
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 slices American cheese
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 eggs
Chipotle Aioli
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch pepper

Step 1
Prepare chipotle aioli by mixing all of the ingredients together. Set aside. -
Step 2
Grill patties 5-6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Add slice of cheese on and let lid close to melt for additional minute. -
Step 3
While patties are grilling, brush brioche bun with melted butter and grill for about a minute or until golden brown. -
Step 4
On a greased side skillet, cook eggs sunny side up, over easy, or over medium. I like sunny side up so the yolk is still running. You can do this right on the grill on a skillet or on your stove-top. -
Step 5
Assemble sandwich by adding a layer of chipotle aioli to the bottom bun, adding a handful of arugula and sliced avocado, then adding the cheese patty, and cooked egg. Add more chipotle aioli to top of bun and then add top bun to the sandwich. -
