Creamy Turkey & Spinach Lasagna
Ground turkey seasoned with garlic and onion powder layered with lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, sautéed spinach, and creamy Alfredo sauce. Finished with creamy burrata mozzarella and buttered breadcrumbs.

Ingredients
- 1.25 lb ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups baby spinach, packed
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 (16oz) box lasagna pasta, cooked
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8oz) ball fresh burrata mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare an 8x9” baking dish with vegetable oil spray. -
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté spinach until tender and add the turkey and season with salt, garlic, and onion powder. Cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat, and stir in the Alfredo sauce. -
Step 3
Layer lasagna with noodles, turkey and spinach mixture, ricotta, and Parmesan cheeses to the top of the dish. Finish with breadcrumbs and butter. Cover and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown. -
Step 4
Finish the lasagna with slices of fresh burrata.
