Salt, Vinegar & Ranch Burgers
These burgers take the word savory to new heights! Ranch seasoning adds a tangy, herbaceous flavor to the patties that pair perfectly with a punchy, malt vinegar-based slaw.

Ingredients
- 1 package Unseasoned Turkey Patties
- ½ tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 4 brioche buns
Punchy, creamy slaw
- 2 c shredded cabbage
- 1 c green apple, cut into matchsticks
- ⅓ c plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp malt vinegar
- ½ tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp flaky salt

Step 1
For the punch-creamy slaw, in a mixing bowl, combine cabbage & green apple. Toss to combine. In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, ranch seasoning mix, honey & salt. Pour the mixture over the slaw & toss well to coat. -
Step 2
For the turkey patties, prepare an outdoor grill on medium-high heat. Season patties with 1/2 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix. Place turkey patties on grill & cook for 4 minutes, covered. Flip & continue to cook, covered, for 4-6 minutes more or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 165°F using a meat thermometer. Right before pulling from the grill, top with cheese & allow to melt. -
Step 3
To assemble burgers, start with your favorite burger sauce on the bottom bun, top with a grilled patty, punchy-creamy slaw & the top bun lathered with sauce.
