Smoked Lemon Pepper Turkey Breast

- 1 package Honeysuckle White® Bone-In Breast
- 1c Butter, softened
- 4 Lemon Zest
- 4 Lemon Juice
- 1 tbs Black Pepper
- 1/2 tbs Salt
- 1 tbs Minced Garlic
Step 1Blend all ingredients to create a thick sauce texture.
Step 2Place butter mixture under and over skin of your turkey breast.
Step 3Place turkey in a pan of choice.
Step 4Place pan in the smoker at 230° F for 3 hours or or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the skin is golden.
Step 5Let the turkey rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
