    Blend all ingredients to create a thick sauce texture.

    Place butter mixture under and over skin of your turkey breast.

    Place turkey in a pan of choice.
  • Step 4

    Place pan in the smoker at 230° F for 3 hours or or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the skin is golden.

    Let the turkey rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
