  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350° F
  • Step 2

    Mix all ingredients except for Thyme and Rosemary.
  • Step 3

    Place butter mixture under and over skin of your turkey breast.
  • Step 4

    Place the turkey on a roasting pan.
  • Step 5

    Place the turkey in the oven for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
  • Step 6

    Let the turkey rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
