Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Step 2

    In a 9x13 baking dish, layer mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, squash, spinach, green beans, 2 cups of the prepared stuffing, ½ the cheddar cheese, and then add the chopped turkey.
  • Step 3

    Finish topping the casserole by crumbling the last cup of stuffing over the turkey and top with remaining cheese.
  • Step 4

    Bake until the stuffing topping is browned and crispy on top and the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
