Walking Tacos In A Bag

- 2 lbs. 97% Fat Free Ground White Turkey
- 4 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 6-8 mini corn chip bags
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red onion, diced
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 bottle of tomato based salad dressing
Step 1In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Step 2Brown the ground turkey and when it's almost fully cooked add in the taco seasoning. You may need to add a pinch of salt if your seasoning mix doesn't contain salt. Cook to an internal temperature of 165℉.
Step 3Open all mini bags of chips and top with the ground turkey, lettuce, beans, onion, tomato, and cilantro.
Step 4Drizzle with the dressing and enjoy!
