Ingredients
- 1 package Turkey Breast Tenderloins
- 6 strips Hardwood Smoked Turkey Bacon
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 1/8 cup fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup, 1 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toothpicks

Preheat charcoal or gas grill. -
Step 2
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. -
Step 3
Cook onion and mushroom until softened, about 5 minutes. -
Step 4
Wrap each tenderloin with 3 strips of bacon; secure with toothpick. -
Step 5
Grill turkey for 5 minutes on each side. -
Step 6
Cover and grill for 10 more minutes or until no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 165°F. -
Step 7
Remove turkey; top with onions, mushrooms and cheese. -
Step 8
Garnish with parsley.
