Turkey Burgers
- 1 package Savory Seasoned Turkey Patties
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, to taste
- Mayonnaise, to taste
Guacamole
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Kosher salt and fresh black pepper, to taste
Pico de Gallo
- 2 ripe tomatoes on the vine or roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp. sweet onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Kosher salt and fresh black pepper

Step 1
To prepare the guacamole, Place the avocado into a medium bowl and roughly mash with a fork. Stir in the onions, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. -
Step 2
To prepare the Pico De Gallo, in a medium bowl, stir together the tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. -
Step 3
For the Turkey Patties, prepare an outdoor grill on medium-high heat. -
Step 4
Place the turkey patties on the grill and cook for 3 minutes, covered. Flip and continue to cook, covered, for 3-4 minutes more or until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 165°F using a meat thermometer. -
Step 5
Serve each turkey patty on a hamburger bun topped with guacamole.
