Turkey Tenderloin Skewers Over Caprese Salad
This fresh and light salad consists of thick sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil, balsamic glaze and salt, then topped with turkey tenderloin skewers that have been grilled to perfection.

- 1 package Rotisserie Flavor Turkey Breast Tenderloin
- 8-9 mozzarella slices
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup balsamic glaze
- 2 large beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
Step 1Preheat the grill to medium/high heat. Remove the turkey breast tenderloins from the package and slice into cubes. Add turkey cubes to skewer sticks.
Step 2Place the turkey skewers on the hot grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Step 3While the turkey skewers are cooking, make the caprese salad. On a large platter, layer the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Arrange the basil leaves in between the cheese and tomatoes and sprinkle more over the top of the whole salad. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
Step 4Once the skewers are finished cooking, place the skewers over the top of the salad and drizzle with more balsamic glaze.
Step 5Serve and enjoy!
