Ingredients
- 1 package Savory Seasoned Turkey Patties
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. whole-grain Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted or grilled
- 4 leaves lettuce/frisée, washed and dried
- 4 slices beefsteak tomato
- 8 strips Hardwood Smoked Turkey Bacon, broiled until crisp

Step 1
Preheat lightly oiled grill to 500°F - 600°F. -
Step 2
In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and mustard. -
Step 3
Season turkey patties with salt and pepper. -
Step 4
Place patties on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165°F throughout the patty. -
Step 5
Spread mayonnaise mixture on cut sides of buns. -
Step 6
Place turkey patties in buns and top each patty with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice and 2 bacon strips.
