Turkey Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients
- 1 package Boneless Bacon Wrapped Seasoned Turkey Breast (Turketta)
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- Mayonnaise
- Provolone cheese
Optional
- Banana peppers
- Jalapeño peppers
- Mushrooms
- Ketchup

Step 1
Smoke your Bacon Wrapped Turketta according to package instructions. -
Step 2
When you have about an hour of cooking time left, rub your bell peppers and onions with your favorite cooking oil, then grill until nice and tender. -
Step 3
Once everything in done grilling, chop your turketta, bell peppers and onions into bite sizes. -
Step 4
Combine your peppers and turketta. -
Step 5
To a hoagie roll, add mayonnaise to both sides, provolone cheese, and a good helping of your chopped peppers, onions, and turketta. -
Step 6
Close the hoagie and roll in aluminum foil and place back on the grill for 3-4 minutes. -
Step 7
Your bread will be nice a toasty and your cheese will be melted. -
Step 8
Add your favorite toppings or eat as is.
